This is one of my favorite projects – a mini-book created for the German organic farm “Domäne Fredeburg”. The book introduces young children (and their parents) to biodiversity and explores what cows have to do with it. The hero of the story is a curious little rabbit who wonders if cows can do more than just burp and fart – and whether they really are as bad for the climate.
Along the way, he encounters, among others, a talkative dung beetle and a boastful mole, and discovers how everything in nature is interconnected – and the important role cows play.
